To eliminate healthcare disparities and health inequity in disadvantaged communities by engaging, educating, and empowering disadvantaged youth ( 18 to 25 years) through management of chronic disease, education and job training .

Total commitment to our youth by providing a great experience for our youth and their families, by finding out the unique needs of each youth and providing targeted resources and support.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our purpose is to provide youth living at or below poverty level experiencing chronic disease with the support, resources, education and services needed to control their disease.
Our goal is to avoid complications , lengthen their life span, empower young people to achieve their life and career goals, become socially integrated and relevant contributory members of the communities where they reside and the world.
We aim to exemplify what is possible to our youth through mentoring , partnership ,empathy , kindness , moral and financial support.
Our focus will be on the following diseases -diabetes, asthma , hypertension , obesity , mental health , autoimmune diseases, dental health.
We will begin with mental health, diabetes, hypertension and obesity and with more funding we will incorporate more diseases.
